Just, Think

In today's world, it feels like a lot of the thinking is already done for you. But we know that shouldn't be the case. Information is often a one-way street: it comes to us, but not from us. This is your chance to change that. Send something to the world that you think should be said, and listen to those who've also spoken.

it COMES from you

The interconnectedness of the 21st century has made so many aspects of life so much easier. Yet is has stripped us of our desire to see the individuals in our world. We’re caught up in global headlines and ‘newsworthy events’ that we forget where we stand. If you look around, you’ll see people just like you. But do you know what they want to say?

The things we hear about don’t come from everyday people anymore. It comes from consolidated sources who try their best to be relevant to everybody. But what if that wasn’t the case? What if we had the time to think, share and comprehend those we find around us?

Giving You a Platform

This project gives a way for individuals to start a discussion between one to another by sharing thoughts. Nothing is going through a third party or a filter. It gives a real, honest reflection of the people who attend and what they think about.

Importantly, this gives you the chance to be part of that story. Not only can you see what others want to talk about, but add your own thoughts. Communities only thrive when everybody has a say, so this is yours.

Your first step is to enter your message.

Search Within

Arguably, this is the most important step. Here, your job is simple: just, think. Think about what matters to you; what you wish was being said; what matters most to you in this moment.

It could be your favourite quote you think is underappreciated, some advise you wish you had when you were your younger, or bringing attention to an issue you think is under-discussed — anything. The only rules are: be kind and respectful.
Decorate a card to give your card impact.

Make it Impactful

It doesn’t matter who you are or what you think; what you have to say is important. So take your message and make it look that way: decorate your card to emphasise your message. It doesn’t matter if you’re an artist or not; you have the tools to make something as simple or complex as you want. Words are one thing, but spend this time to convince attendees of the importance of what you have to say.
Your message is displayed for all to see.

Share with the World

When you share your card, your message is added to the display. Whatever you’ve said will be visible to everybody else around. Before — and after — you’ve contributed, make sure to stick around and see what other people have said. Dialogue is a two-way street.

Don’t just read what they’ve said, but think about it. These messages have come from real people just like you. They deserve your consideration.

Once the festival is complete, all the responses will be uploaded to a webpage as a record of the thoughts of the people who attended. After the event, and after they have been uploaded, you will be able to find all cards using the link below:
